Order Confirmation
Once your order has been confirmed, production may begin. Because many of our pieces are handmade or made to order, certain changes or cancellations may not be possible after confirmation.
Please review your selected design, size, fabric, customization details, contact information, and delivery information carefully before completing your order.
Customized Orders
Customized and personalized orders are made especially for you. Therefore, they cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or cancelled once the order has been confirmed.
The selected design and customization details cannot be changed after the order has been confirmed and production has started.
Handmade Product Variations
As our pieces are handmade, slight differences may occur between the reference picture and the final product.
These differences may include:
- Variations in bead colors or shades
- Variations in bead size or shape
- Slight differences in the placement of beads or design details
- Small variations in the overall appearance
- Slight color differences between pictures, screens, and the actual product
These small differences are a natural part of handmade work and are not considered defects.
Design Changes
The selected design and its details cannot be changed after the order has been confirmed.
This does not affect eligible size or fabric exchanges for selected designs, as explained in our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Order Cancellation
Because many of our pieces are handmade or made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept our store policies, processing times, cancellation terms, and the possible variations that naturally occur in handmade products.
